Our Services. B&L Towing delivers Emergency Towing, Flatbed Towing, Motorcycle Towing, Car Lockout Service, Vehicle Recovery, Winch-Out Service. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://bltowingtx.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of B&L Towing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. B&L Towing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. B&L Towing reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
